Robert Frederick Blum (9 July – 8 June ) was an American artist. He was one of the youngest members of the National Academy of Design and was President of the Painters in Pastel and a member of the Society of American Artists and the American Watercolor Society. Blum went to Japan in 1890 to illustrate a series of articles for Scribner's Magazine and spent eighteen months there working on his own projects.
